Emergency Closings
At times, emergencies such as severe weather, fires, or power failures can disrupt company operations. In extreme cases, these circumstances may require the closing of a work facility. In the event of a weather-related closure at the Castle Rock facility, please check announcements on 9News. Remote offices should confirm the local procedure with the supervisor.
When operations are officially closed due to emergency conditions, the time off from scheduled work is unpaid for non-exempt team members. However, team members who wish to use available paid personal time or vacation should complete a "Vacation/Paid Personal Time" form for their coach's signature.
