Jr. Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
Essential

- Develop designs for various digital and print communications, including but not limited to video, packaging, flyers, posters, catalogs, tradeshow graphics and collateral, all within brand guidelines and creative direction
- Perform prepress and prepare files for distribution and file transfers
- Review and proofread design work at each stage before submission (resizing, formatting, collecting, creating outlines, sharing via ftp, etc.) and proof other designs for marketing team as needed
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Shipping teams to plan, coordinate, and accommodate all aspects of the company’s trade show calendar and shipping schedules
- Maintain and create trade show exhibits, order booth accessories, set up digital booths, manage the receipts and invoices for Accounting
- Pack/unpack trade show shipments
- Maintain all files and associated documentation related to the trade show program
- Shoot still and in-use product videos and photographs for digital and print media
- Process photographs and videos
- Other duties as assigned
EQUIPMENT: Computer, digital and video cameras, light booth, printer, photography equipment and tools/props
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
- 2 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to, InDesign, Premier Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong proofreading skills for spelling, grammar
- Able to lift to 25 lbs.
EDUCATION:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred with an emphasis in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications
- 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, Trade shows, Marketing, or Communications, or a suitable combination
Pay Range $20.00 to $24.00 per hour DOE
