Delivery

Your order will be quickly and securely processed and safely delivered. We can ship products to many countries around the globe using your choice of either UPS or FedEx ground shipping methods. We will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), preferred shipping method and delivery destination. UPS and FedEx ground shipments have a weight limit of 150 lbs. per box. For orders exceeding 150 lbs., please contact us at 866-867-0941 to make arrangements for more cost-efficient shipping methods.

Lead times can vary, especially for orders of flexible magnetic material. Call us at 866-867-0941 for the latest information.

Returns

If you are unsure of which magnet or magnetic device is best suited to your application, please contact us at 866-867-0941 so one of our Magnet Experts may assist you. 

Master Magnetics accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in the original packaging, resaleable and shipped in accordance with instructions from the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.)  Prior authorization from Master Magnetics is required for all returns. Call 866-867-0941, or send an email to   Webleads@MagnetSource.com to discuss your situation.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom cut or pre-cut Flexible material.

Shipping, handling and insurance fees are not refundable.  A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns with the exception of defective products.

Defects

If you believe your magnets are defective, please contact us at 866-867-0941 or send an email to Webleads@MagnetSource.com to discuss your situation.

Master Magnetics verifies product defects on a per-order basis. We may request a sample of the product, photos of the product and/or packaging, or have you return the full order to enable us to make an accurate determination. Upon confirmation of defect and based on product availability, Master Magnetics will replace or refund your order.

If you are required to return your order to Master Magnetics, you must ship it in the original packaging and in accordance with instructions from the carrier (UPS and FedEx, etc.) to avoid damage. UPS and FedEx are preferred carriers, as they provide tracking.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) immediately and follow their instructions for reporting damaged shipments.

Canceling an Order

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing and shipping by calling 866-867-0941. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns policy above for returns, refunds and credits.
