Master Magnetics, Inc. is pleased to announce the 4-in-1 Magnetic Holding Arm is a recipient of the Golden Hammer Award from HBSDealer. Thirty products were selected for the 2019 award; winners were selected by the HBSDealer editorial team from the criteria of innovation, value and shelf appeal.

“Pardon the pun, but our editors were attracted by the versatility (of the 4-in-1),” said Ken Clark, HBSDealer Editor-in-Chief. “Most people are looking for products to fill a niche, and we thought it’s a great impulse-buy product for stores.”

Making its debut at the 2019 National Hardware Show, the 4-in-1 Magnetic Holding Arm comes with a heavy-duty flexible arm attached to a neodymium magnetic base. The rubber coated, non-scratch base is safe for all surface types and includes three attachments:

  • Red clip
  • Suction cup
  • Black spring clamp

Each attachment is interchangeable to hold and position items like notepads, cellphones and small flashlights.

“The 4-in-1 Magnetic Holding Arm is an innovative, unique product that customers will find useful and like an extra set of hands both in a shop environment or their workshop at home,” said Jim Madsen, National Business Development Manager.

The holding arm also comes with a metal plate with removable tape, four screws and four non-skid bumpers with adhesive to allow mounting on flat, non-ferrous metal surfaces.

The magnetic device is available as a 4-piece counter display, sold per piece in a clamshell packaging.

Originally introduced 30 years ago to recognize the best commercial and manufacturing marketing campaigns, the Golden Hammer Awards returned in 2019 redesigned to highlight new and innovative products for home and building supply retailers.

“The Golden Hammer awards have had a long tradition of recognizing the best of the best in home improvement, and I’m very happy to see how the awards have evolved in 2019,” Clark said.

This year marks the first time Master Magnetics has been nominated and recognized by the Golden Hammer Awards.
